LOCAL SPORTS
The Albany Metro-Mallers Minor League Football team is currently the number one minor league football team in the United States.

The Adult Basketball League provides an opportunity for adults to play organized basketball in a league setting.

The All-American Sports Softball League is the largest softball league in upstate New York. There are both men's and co-ed teams.

The Capital District Flag Football League is the area's flag football league, with a separate league for men, youth and co-ed teams. It is the fourth largest flag football league in the world!
