Time-Outs – 2 per game, one minute in length.

Teams will begin possession from 5-yard line.
16)
Two minute warning will stop the clock (start on snap)
17)
A team may play with six players; the opponent plays with seven
players.

No mercy rule!
19)
Sidelines will be marked, the facility does not have walls!
20)
The referee will signal all penalties.
21)
If teams have the same color jersey the team with the sponsor keeps
their uniforms on. (record next tie breaker)

Each team will provide their own NFL game day football and flags.

Team jerseys are required for your first game! Penalty loss of coin toss and 15 yard
penalty. All remaining games forfeit,
unless opposing team agrees. (enforce penalty)
24)
The offense must cover both tackles with eligible receivers, if a man
is in motion he is considered OFF the line of scrimmage.
25)
Illegal man down field, flag negated if a running play takes place.
26)
If the tackle is not covered at the snap (3 yrd
penalty) play continues.
27)
If a player is ejected from the game he must leave the building.
28)
Each captain will be provided a waiver for each game.
29)
The DE may line up head to head with the TE provided the TE is within
one foot of the tackle.
30)
Coach’s challenge on rule interpretations only (one per game). The challenge must take place prior to the
next play.
31)
Any rule not listed follow outdoor rules, if not found revert to NFL
rules.
