Points are given based on votes by our four expert analists. For the top 10, 10 points are awarded for a first place vote, 9 points for a second place vote, and so on. For the top 5 in a division, five points are awarded for a first place vote, four points for a second place vote, and so on. Starting week 5, a team must have a winning record to be ranked in the top 10.
